Functions

    * Measuring mode: gives the parameters of the line under test:

    * Meters test: Performs the test to the meters. The data field configurable in this function is the serial number, the meter type, the constant, the divisor factor (for HF), the type of test and cycles.
    * CT ratio test: get CT ratio by synchronously testing primary and secondary current of CT
    * Energy accumulating: accumulate active and reactive energy in a setting time, used for meter's dial test
    * Test data storage: can store 1000 data groups. Data include meter type, serial number, constant, error, date, etc
    * Download the testing program: can download 1000pcs testing planning to the equipment, convenient for local use
