The TRIMODs are a modular, uninterruptible power supply whose basic module can be individually programmed with the preferred input/output configuration.In this way, it is possible to manage three-phase or single-phase input- or output voltages offering the classic options of three/three phase, three/single phase, single/three phase and single/single phase versions and much more: you can have both single-phase and three-phase output lines at the same time, or two or more single-phase lines, even with different powers.

For each of these configurations, you can have complete or partial redundancy, for example a normal (or redundant) three-phase output line can coexist with a redundant (or normal) single-phase output line. Each module is fitted with a micro controller capable of supervising the electronic circuit board's main functions, monitoring correct operation, dialoguing with the main control board and signalling any malfunction.

The modular philosophy has also been applied to the batteries, supplied in individual slide out drawers. This makes for extremely easy maintenance/replacement, with no need to switch the UPS off (hot-swappable drawers) as well as making it extremely easy to select and/or expand UPS autonomy.

The modular configuration drastically simplifies the question of technical service, which becomes limited to replacing the power and / or battery drawers and only takes a few minutes time. Not only this: as the work is being done, there is no effect on the customer thanks to the maintenance by-pass fitted as standard on every TRIMOD product.
